Service 02 — The Setting

Ceremony environments,
composed.

Two considered collections. Arch, seating, aisle, styled accents. Installed and removed. The couple arrives and the space is ready.

Collection 01

Minimalist.

For couples who want the location to do the work. A clean-lined arch in natural wood or matte white. Neutral runner underfoot. Seating for up to twenty in a muted palette. Structural greenery or a single textural element where the architecture calls for it. Restraint held as a deliberate choice, not an accident.

Included. Arch, seating for up to 20, neutral runner, styled accent (dried botanical, candle cluster, or textile detail), full setup and teardown, delivery within service area.
Investment From $1,200
Collection 02

Modern Romantic.

A fuller read for ceremonies that ask for more presence. A statement arch with layered texture, greenery, and considered styling. Seating for up to thirty. An aisle treatment of petals, textile runner, or candle-lit flanks. Warm neutrals, soft light, and quiet weight. Built to photograph well in afternoon and blue hour alike.

Included. Statement arch with layered styling, seating for up to 30, aisle treatment (petals, runner, or candle flanks), textile and candle accents, full setup and teardown, delivery within service area.
Investment From $1,800

Two collections, not twenty variables. The decisions are few and deliberate.

— Scope

What is in, what is not.

Included in every collection

Arch structure, seating, aisle treatment, styled accents, and the full labor of setup and teardown. Delivery scheduled to the ceremony timeline. Removal within the same window. A site visit or detailed photo exchange before the date to confirm placement and load-in logistics.

Service area

The Setting serves the I-4 corridor between Tampa and Orlando: Plant City, Lakeland, Brandon, Valrico, Winter Haven, Auburndale, FishHawk Ranch, Riverview, Kissimmee, Celebration, and Davenport/Four Corners. Travel included within this region. Ceremonies outside the corridor are quoted at inquiry.

Booking and timing

Scope is confirmed at inquiry. A 50% deposit holds the date. Balance is due 14 days before the ceremony. Final styling choices within the chosen collection are agreed two weeks out.

Insurance

Dovetail Edition carries event liability insurance. A certificate of insurance (COI) can be provided to any venue that requires one — just share the requirements at inquiry.

Staffing and setup

A dedicated setup team handles delivery, installation, and removal of all Setting elements. The team arrives ahead of the ceremony timeline, completes setup before guests arrive, and returns for breakdown after the event. If the officiant is also booked, the ceremony and setting are coordinated but staffed independently — the officiant is never splitting time between setup work and ceremony delivery.

Not included

Fresh floral arrangements are not offered at this stage. The current inventory leans on texture, architecture, and light rather than cut blooms. A fresh floral option may be added in the future. If you want fresh florals alongside a Setting collection, a partner florist can be coordinated at cost.

Permits and location fees are the couple's responsibility. Some parks and public properties require a permit for seated ceremonies. These are coordinated through the venue or the local municipality.

Reception furniture, dining linens, lighting beyond ceremony candles, signage, and day-of coordination sit outside The Setting.

— Add the officiant

One brief. One standard.

When the ceremony and the setting are booked together, they are planned as one piece: a single combined conversation, one aligned rehearsal. Elopement packages begin with the arch alone, scaled to the format.
